MEET YOUR COACHES
Adapt Boxing Club is led by Kosta Skrapis and Nudge Mieli -with over 50 years of combined experience from grassroots to the professional stage.
Kosta is a 6–0 professional boxer, WBC Australian Silver Title holder, and lifelong martial artist who’s spent three decades helping people build confidence, discipline, and resilience.
Nudge brings 23 years of elite coaching, having trained Olympians, Commonwealth Games athletes, and multiple champions. As NSW Futures Coach and Head U19s Coach, his technical eye and focus on fundamentals have shaped some of the best - including Kosta himself since he was 14.
Together, they’ve built Adapt into a space where everyone — from beginners to pros - can train like an athlete and belong to something real.

FAQS ABOUT ADAPT BOXING ACADEMY

No experience is required. Our Wollongong boxing classes cater for complete beginners through to fighters. We’ll teach you proper stance, footwork, and punch mechanics from day one.

Yes. Safety is our top priority. You’ll start with pad work, bag work, and conditioning. Sparring is optional and only introduced when your skills, confidence, and fitness are ready - always under coach supervision.

Just comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a towel. If you don’t have gloves or wraps, we have gear available at the gym to get you started.

No. Many members join for fitness, stress relief, or to learn the art without ever sparring. Sparring is optional and only for those who want it.

Our boxing club runs for teens (13+) and adults. Younger kids train in our martial arts programs designed for ages 4–12.

Our coaches have dedicated their life to both martial arts and boxing- Kosta our owner is a 6-0 winning professional boxer. You are in good, experienced hands.

That’s absolutely fine- we recommend 2 sessions a week to see real results. Anything more is a bonus

Yes. Our timetable includes ladies-only sessions alongside mixed classes. Many women also train in our non-contact boxing for fitness and stress relief.
