What Happens in MARTIAL ARTS Class
Each session combines physical conditioning, technical martial arts training, and mental focus work:
Warm-up and mobility drills
Striking, defence, and practical self-protection
Partner and pad work to build timing and control
Scenario-based applications for real-world awareness
Reflection and goal tracking to develop consistency
Classes are split by skill and experience level, so everyone trains at the right pace — with clear pathways for progress through stripes, belts, and leadership opportunities
