What Happens in MARTIAL ARTS Class

Each session combines physical conditioning, technical martial arts training, and mental focus work:

  • Warm-up and mobility drills

  • Striking, defence, and practical self-protection

  • Partner and pad work to build timing and control

  • Scenario-based applications for real-world awareness

  • Reflection and goal tracking to develop consistency

Classes are split by skill and experience level, so everyone trains at the right pace — with clear pathways for progress through stripes, belts, and leadership opportunities
